A Plan Nobody Can Run Falls Apart Within 90 Days.
You hired a consultant, got a nice set of slides, and then they left — and nobody on your team knew what to do next. The project never made it past testing. Staff are already using ChatGPT on their own with no rules. We teach your leadership and your team — step by step, on your own real work — to plan, use the tools, manage the risk, and keep AI moving forward themselves.
The Problem Was Never the Plan. It's That Nobody Can Run It.
The Plan Nobody Executes
You paid for a plan and a set of ground rules. Once the consultant left, nobody on your team knew how to actually carry it out.
Stuck in Testing, Forever
A promising AI project never makes it into real use, because nobody inside the company understands it deeply enough to push it through.
AI Use With No One in Charge
Staff are already using ChatGPT on their own, with no rules about what's allowed and nobody responsible if something goes wrong.
A Team That Can Run AI Transformation Without You
The planning and ground-rules work still happens — but instead of handing you a document, we teach it to your team step by step, so they understand every decision and can keep making decisions like it after we're gone. This isn't one course's syllabus with a few extras bolted on — it's a genuine blend, taking the single most useful idea from several well-known international business programs (MIT Professional Education's courses on AI, digital transformation, leadership, systems thinking, and cross-cultural business) and putting them in the order a business actually needs them. Every trainee gets all 9 topics — nothing is optional or picked. Studied honestly through free public materials on a self-study basis — no certificate is claimed until one is actually issued.
Core Promises
- Hands-on group sessions using your team's real work, not made-up examples
- A written usage policy plus a plain-language privacy/risk checklist you'll actually use
- Your company's AI plan built together with your team during training — they own it, not us
- A final presentation where your team proves they can actually carry this forward
How This Compares to a Typical AI Workshop
Most AI training is a one-off workshop or a slide deck handed over at the end of a consulting engagement — everyone nods along in the room, then goes back to work the next day with no real change, because nobody actually practiced on their own work.
This program is hands-on with your real work, not a hypothetical case study, and it doesn't end until there's a final presentation where your team proves they can run the strategy themselves — not just recite it back.
The alternative many businesses default to is hiring a full-time AI/automation person — a much bigger, ongoing cost, for a capability this program builds into the people you already have.
The 9 Topics Every Trainee Gets — Nothing Optional
The business case for AI, in plain numbers, for your industry specifically
Generative vs. "agentic" AI, and a simple way to judge which of your tasks are genuinely worth using AI for versus which just look impressive in a demo
Hands-on technique for getting much better results out of ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, not just casual use
A step-by-step way to introduce AI into HR, finance, IT, customer service, or product work, starting small and growing
Plugging AI into your existing software and workflows — and for companies with more than just software (connected devices, sensors, robots, automated equipment), how those fit into the picture too
A structured way for your leadership team to agree on who you are as a company and where you're headed, why most AI pilots stall, and (briefly) how to lead a culturally or generationally mixed team through the change
Before recommending any change, we map out its knock-on effects, so you don't fix one problem and accidentally create three new ones
The legal and compliance side (including Thailand's PDPA data-privacy law), how to test that an AI helper behaves safely, and how to document it properly
Building your company's actual AI plan: what to do first, who owns what, which tools to use, and how you'll know it's working
The Path to Go-Live
Free 30-60 Min Call
We understand your organization and how ready your team is, then recommend the right package — free, no obligation.
Hands-On Training + Building the Plan Together
Before training starts, we test where your team's AI knowledge stands and group people appropriately by level. Then hands-on group sessions (in person, online, or a mix) on your team's real work, while we build your company's AI plan and ground-rules alongside the training, not separately — always checking the plan for knock-on effects before recommending it (topic 7, "Seeing the whole system").
Final Presentation & Ongoing Support
Your team presents proof they can run it themselves, then gets 30-90 days of support afterward depending on the package.
What You'll Need to Provide
- A list of who's attending, and their level (leadership, department head, or hands-on staff)
- 5-10 real, anonymized examples of actual work per department, to practice on
- Your team's time — roughly 2-4 hours a week for the length of the program
- Accounts for the AI tools used in class (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — free or team-tier is fine)
- One senior sponsor to join at least the opening session and the final presentation
- A meeting room and/or video-call setup for group sessions
A note on culture: Topic 6 already includes a short, practical segment on leading a mixed team through change. If your team includes a lot of foreign staff or you have an overseas joint-venture partner, we also offer a separate, deeper Cross-Cultural Team Workshop as an add-on (see Extra Services below) — that level of depth isn't something every company needs, so it's optional rather than built into the core program.
Who Benefits Most From This
Leadership tired of depending on outside consultants
- Already hired a consultant or bought an AI course, but the team still can't execute on their own
- Want people inside the company — not an outside consultant — driving AI adoption
- Have an AI project stuck in testing for months with no one who understands it deeply enough
HR / L&D teams needing to build AI understanding org-wide
- Need to build AI understanding systematically across departments, not just for one person
- Family businesses or the next generation of leadership building a team to carry AI forward
- Want to set up an internal "AI team" but don't know where to start building it
Who This Is NOT For
- You just want a plan or slide deck to present to your board — that's a different, advice-only service
- You're a small business wanting to try AI for the first time on a small budget — there's a cheaper entry point for that
- You want a working AI system built and installed, ready to use — see our Chatbot, Workflow Automation, or Engineering at Scale service instead

Built on a Real Curriculum, Priced Honestly
We follow the same 9-topic core framework used in several well-known international business programs (MIT Professional Education's courses on AI, digital transformation, leadership, systems thinking, and cross-cultural business), studied on a self-study basis through the same free, publicly available materials those programs themselves recommend — we do not claim any certificate until we actually hold one.
