1. Who we are
Sarunjade (“we”, “us”) is a Thailand-based independent consultancy operating this website. We provide AI chatbots, workflow automation, AI transformation training, and multi-branch AI systems for small and medium businesses.
2. What data we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone, LINE ID, service of interest, and message content when you fill out the contact form.
- Free download requests — your name, email, and which file you downloaded (for example a case study PDF). We are notified on LINE when you request a download, so we can follow up about your project.
- LINE messages — content of any LINE message sent to our LINE Official Account.
- Project intake data — once you become a client, we receive whatever credentials, files, or business data are needed to deliver the service (e.g. LINE OA / n8n / Google Sheets access, business records).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Server logs — IP address and request metadata, kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
- Analytics demo widget — this site includes an interactive Google Analytics demo panel. It only activates if a visitor voluntarily enters their own GA4 Measurement ID into that panel (stored in their own browser's localStorage). By default, no analytics tracking runs and no data is sent to us through it.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, usually within 24 hours.
- To deliver the services you have engaged us to perform.
- To improve this website and the relevance of our content.
- To comply with Thai and applicable international legal obligations.
4. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services strictly to deliver our stated services. We do not sell your data and do not share it beyond what each service requires.
- LINE Messaging API — to receive and reply to LINE messages on behalf of clients.
- n8n — workflow automation platform used to orchestrate client integrations.
- Google Sheets / Google Analytics — used for client reporting and (optionally) traffic analytics.
- Google Gemini API — AI model provider used to power certain client-facing AI features we build.
- Hosting infrastructure for this website.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any party for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions — kept 24 months, then deleted, unless you become a client.
- Client project data — kept for the engagement duration plus 12 months for tax/dispute purposes, then deleted on request.
- Server logs — 30 days, rolling.
6. How we protect it
- HTTPS everywhere — this site is served over TLS.
- Credentials and API tokens are stored in environment-isolated secret stores, never committed to source control.
- We follow the principle of least privilege for all third-party service access.
7. Your rights
Under Thailand's PDPA and equivalent frameworks, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
- Withdraw consent at any time.

8. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
