Sarunjade Prasertsuwan("Sarunjade", "we", "us") is a Thailand-based independent consultancy operating the website https://sarunjade.com. We provide AI integration, workflow automation, performance marketing, and custom web application services to small and medium businesses.

2. What data we collect / ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ
2.1 Information you give us / ข้อมูลที่คุณส่งให้เรา
- Contact form submissions — name, email, phone (if provided), and message content when you fill the form at /contact.
- LINE messages — content of any LINE message sent to
@JadeCycle. - Project intake data — when you become a client, we receive credentials, files, or business data needed to deliver the service. Examples: WordPress admin access, Google Ads/GA4 read-only access, business records.

- Analytics — page views, referrer, device type, and approximate location (city level) via Google Analytics 4. No personally identifying information is stored in GA4.
- Server logs — IP address and request metadata for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
3. How we use it / วัตถุประสงค์การใช้
- To respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
- To deliver services that you have engaged us to perform.
- To improve the website and the relevance of our content.
- To comply with Thai and international legal obligations.
4. Third-party services / บริการของบุคคลที่สาม
We use the following third-party services strictly to deliver our stated services. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it beyond what each service requires.
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymized website traffic analytics. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Ads API— when engaged by a client, we access only the Google Ads accounts the client has explicitly linked to our Manager Account (MCC). We use this access strictly to manage that client's campaigns. We do not aggregate, copy, or resell client data. Use of the Google Ads API is governed by the Google Ads API Terms.
- LINE Messaging API — to receive and respond to messages sent to our LINE Official Accounts on behalf of clients.
- Vercel — hosting infrastructure for this website.
- Supabase — database infrastructure for select client applications (e.g., CR-OS3). Client data is isolated by row-level security and tenant ID.
- n8n — workflow automation platform used to orchestrate integrations on behalf of clients.
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any party for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep it / ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล
- Contact form submissions — kept for 24 months from submission, then permanently deleted unless you become a client.
- Client project data — kept for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months for tax and dispute resolution. Deleted on request thereafter.
- Server logs — 30 days, rolling.
- Analytics — retained per Google Analytics default (14 months) and aggregated thereafter.
6. How we protect it / การคุ้มครองข้อมูล
- HTTPS everywhere. The website is served over TLS 1.3.
- Credentials and API tokens are stored in environment-isolated secret stores, never committed to source control.
- Client account access uses OAuth2 with the minimum scope required and is revoked at engagement end.
- We follow the principle of least privilege for all third-party service access.
7. Your rights / สิทธิของคุณ
Under Thailand's PDPA and equivalent international frameworks, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- File a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
To exercise any of the above, email jade@sarunjade.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We respond within 14 days.
8. Children / เยาวชน
Our services are intended for businesses and adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to this policy / การเปลี่ยนแปลง
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the website homepage for at least 30 days.
